My journey into Reiki began the way it does for many: I was searching for something that conventional routines couldn't give me. What I found was a practice that brought me calm, clarity, and a profound sense of coming home to myself. I knew I had to share it.
I trained under experienced Reiki masters and hold certifications in the traditional Usui Reiki lineage. Every session I offer is grounded in that training — and in genuine care for the person on the table.
Over the past ten years I've had the privilege of working with more than a thousand people — in person here in New Jersey, and at a distance for clients in India, Singapore and across the United States. Distance work taught me something I hadn't expected: the connection doesn't weaken over miles.
My approach is warm, unhurried, and free of pressure or dogma. Whether you're navigating stress, grief, a big life transition, or simply curious, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
